I am once again throwing it away as I can't peel away the plastic like all the other decals I ordered
I’m very sorry you had trouble getting your decal to stick to your surface & come off the transfer tape. That’s not a typical customer experience but it does sometimes happen. I use Oracal 631 for my indoor vinyl. It is a low tack, high-quality vinyl but it won't stick to everything. I use TransferRite for my transfer tape, this tape is also high-quality and used by many decal suppliers. When a decal doesn't stick, there's typically something incompatible about the surface you are trying to apply the decal.
Some of the most common decal application problems are:
Low/No VOC paint (green environmental paint);
Scuff resistant paint (Teflon or silicone additives);
New paint less than 6 weeks old;
Textured paint/wall surfaces;
Chemical residue (soap, oil, etc.);
Whitewash; Waxed finishes;
Surface Too Cold/Too Hot.
Unfortunately, I am not able to do much to help you based on a poor review. Please contact me via Etsy convo and provide more information about your surface. I have solutions to many of the common issues. You can try your decal application again and have a better experience.
