I searched online for a “snow” decal and found one designed by the owner of Stellar and Stark. I purchased the decal and almost immediately the decal was shipped with a tracing number. Most decal merchants just put the order in the mail and you have no idea where it is or when it will be delivered.
I monitored the shipping progress of my order and noted that it had “stalled” at a post office. I contacted the owner of Stellar and Stark and she replied to email without hesitation and sent me another one which I received in a matter of days.
Following the arrival of the new order the original order finally arrived as well.
