PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY

Please read this Processing and Shipping Policy carefully before using Our Service.

If you do not agree with any of the statements in our Processing and Shipping policy, please do not use any of our services.

Processing Time

Decals are custom made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Non-custom orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Saturday). Custom orders are processed in 1 - 7 days. Please allow three weeks for delivery.

Shipping Time

The delivery dates provided for USPS First Class Package and USPS Priority are estimates only. Delivery time for USPS First Class Package and Priority Mail is not guaranteed. Stellar and Stark Decals does not accept returns or provide exchanges or refunds due to shipping delays or other issues by USPS or any other shipping company.

Non custom decals are processed within three (3) business days, Monday through Saturday. Custom decals are processed within seven (7) business days, Monday through Saturday.

After a decal is cut and shipped, please allow three (3) weeks for delivery.

By default, decals are sent via USPS first class package mail. Tracking is provided. USPS Priority Mail is also available at checkout.

Once shipped, delivery generally takes three (3) to ten (10) business days but may take longer depending on location and time of year.

If it has been three (3) weeks since your order was shipped and you have not received your order, contact Stellar and Stark Decals via email or through our website to discuss available solutions.

Returned, Misdelivered, or Lost Items Due to Incorrectly Submitted Address

Shipping labels are printed with the address as provided by the customer. Stellar and Stark does not make changes to shipping labels unless requested by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing a proper address recognizable by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Any mistake made in the address can result in your order being returned, misdelivered, or lost. The customer is responsible for original shipping costs and also any additional costs associated with reshipping the item.

If you realize you submitted the wrong address, contact Stellar and Stark Decals via email or through our website within one (1) hour of purchase. If it has been longer than one (1) hour, please contact Stellar and Stark Decals via email or through our website and see if the decal has shipped, it may still be possible to change the address. However, after one (1) hour, the ability to change the address on an order is not guaranteed.

Changes to This Processing and Shipping Policy

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace This Processing an Shipping Policy at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
