Refunds, Returns, Exchanges Due to Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Decals

If you receive a decal that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within five (5) business days of receiving your order by email or through our website and we will send you a replacement decal. Photo documentation is required. If we do not receive notification within five (5) days, it will be assumed that the product has been accepted. By accepting the product, you acknowledge that Stellar and Stark Decals has fulfilled your order and met all terms, conditions, and specifications. We recommend that you open your package upon delivery to address any concerns or issues promptly.

Our liability will be limited to the quoted selling price of defective goods, without any additional liability for special or consequential damages.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges Due to Customer Error

At Stellar and Stark Decals, all decals are custom cut to order. Refunds, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Stellar and Stark Decals is not responsible for customer error such as but not limited to not being happy with the color choice, ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong vinyl type, etc.

Stellar and Stark Decals cannot guarantee the quality of the surface preparation or application. Therefore, we do not provide refunds or accept returns or exchanges for decals that have been applied to a surface nor do we provide refunds or accept returns or exchanges for decal application errors.

However, it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, you can purchase a duplicate decal through our Decal Replacement Program (see below). Please contact Stellar and Stark Decals within five (5) days of order receipt by email or through our website to discuss your options.

  • Decal Replacement Program: A Decal Replacement Program is available for customers who make mistakes ordering or applying their decal. See the Decal Replacement Program information included in your order or contact us via email or through our website for more information regarding available solutions. Photo documentation may be required.
  • Decal Replacement Program for Too Small Decals: Too small decals can be exchanged for a bigger decal. Return the decal and all original shipping materials to Stellar and Stark, P.O. Box 92, Milford, MI 48381. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Failure to return the decal with all original shipping materials will result in an additional 20% fee to cover the cost of the missing items. Once a larger decal is purchased and the return of the too small decal is received, the purchase price of the smaller decal minus the original shipping costs will be processed. Contact Stellar and Stark Decals via email or through our website prior to purchasing the larger decal.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges Due to Color Chart Inaccuracy

Please note that we cannot guarantee color chart accuracy due to variations on computer displays. The actual vinyl color may look different than the color shown on the color chart due to your device settings. Please contact Stellar and Stark Decals via our email or through our website clarify all color questions prior to decal purchase.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges Due to USPS Shipping & Delivery

The delivery dates provided for USPS Ground Advantage Package and USPS Priority are estimates only. Delivery time for USPS Ground Advantage Package and Priority Mail is not guaranteed. Stellar and Stark Decals does not accept returns or provide exchanges or refunds due to shipping delays or other issues by USPS or any other shipping company.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellations must be made within one (1) hour of purchase. If it has been longer than one (1) hour, please contact Stellar and Stark Decals via email or through our website and see if the decal has entered production. If the decal has not been cut and/or shipped, it may still be possible to cancel. However, after one (1) hour, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Damages Due to Decal Application and Removal

We are not responsible for any damage caused by the decal application or removal of our decals.

Changes to This Refunds, Returns, and Exchange Policy

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace This Refunds, Returns, and Exchange Policy at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
